SAP S/4HANA Implementation for Manufacturing Giant

A US-based manufacturing company with $500M revenue and operations across 12 countries was running SAP ECC 6.0 — approaching end of mainstream maintenance. All 12 country operations went live on a single SAP S/4HANA instance within 16 months — 2 months ahead of the 18-month deadline. Monthly close was reduced from 8 business days to 3. Real-time supply chain visibility across all 12 countries enabled $2.1M annual inventory reduction. Custom code was reduced by 53% (from 340 to 160 programs), significantly lowering maintenance costs.
