About the Role

We are hiring an Adobe Experience Manager Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Sites, Assets, Forms. This role is results-driven — you'll be accountable for ROAS, CAC, and pipeline contribution, not just campaign activity metrics. The ideal candidate has managed $20K+/month in Adobe Experience Manager spend, knows how to structure campaigns for scale, and uses HTL/Sightly and OSGi to make data-driven optimization decisions daily. You'll work with creative teams, sales, and leadership to develop full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Sites implementation and optimization — configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement based on business needs
  • Manage Assets workflows including setup, user training, and continuous improvement of processes
  • Implement and maintain Forms ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
  • Plan and execute Adobe Experience Manager campaigns from strategy through creative briefing, setup, and launch
  • Manage daily campaign optimization — bid adjustments, audience refinement, and creative testing
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers with statistical rigor
  • Manage campaign budgets and provide weekly spend-vs-performance reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages
  • Stay current with Adobe Experience Manager platform changes and proactively adjust strategies

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Sites — configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in production environments
  • Proficiency with HTL/Sightly as part of the Adobe Experience Manager development/operations workflow
  • 2+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager campaign management experience
  • Proven track record of managing $10K+/month in ad spend with documented results
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data analysis, attribution modeling, and statistical testing
  • Experience creating campaign performance reports for stakeholders
  • Fluent English communication — written and verbal

  • Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Sites Developer certification or equivalent validated credential
  • Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Assets Developer certification or equivalent validated credential
