About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Analysis Professional to join our operations team. The ideal candidate has practical experience with Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis and can manage processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver consistent results. You will work cross-functionally to streamline operations and ensure high-quality Business Analysis service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute day-to-day Business Analysis operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business processes and project delivery.
  • Handle responsibilities across Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Feasibility Studies.
  • Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart to manage workflows and track deliverables.
  • Create, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on Business Analysis operations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Stay current with Business Analysis best practices and industry developments.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis or a closely related domain.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio.
  • Experience with process documentation, SOP creation, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience coordinating across teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA.
  • Experience with Feasibility Studies, User Story Writing, Acceptance Criteria.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms.
  • Experience in client-facing or account management roles.
  • Background in training, onboarding, or knowledge management.
