About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Recruitment Operations Professional to join our operations team. The ideal candidate has practical experience with Talent Sourcing, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding and can manage processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver consistent results. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on HR & Recruitment Operations operations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Stay current with HR & Recruitment Operations best practices and industry developments.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in HR & Recruitment Operations or a closely related domain.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with BambooHR, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever.
  • Experience with process documentation, SOP creation, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience coordinating across teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP Certification, PHR/SPHR Certification.
  • Experience with Benefits Administration, Performance Management, HRIS Management.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Experience in client-facing or account management roles.
