About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Jira & Atlassian Suite Professional to join our operations team. The ideal candidate has practical experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence and can manage processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver consistent results. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute day-to-day Jira & Atlassian Suite operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Create, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on Jira & Atlassian Suite operations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Stay current with Jira & Atlassian Suite best practices and industry developments.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Jira & Atlassian Suite or a closely related domain.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Slack, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Tempo Timesheets.
  • Experience with process documentation, SOP creation, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience coordinating across teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Certifications such as Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator, ACP-620 Jira Service Management.
  • Experience with Bitbucket, Jira Automation, Advanced Roadmaps.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
