About the Role
We are looking for a talented Motion Design & Video Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D Animation, 3D Animation, Motion Graphics and can deliver visually compelling, user-centered designs. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into polished Motion Design & Video deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality Motion Design & Video designs, from concept through final delivery, aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Deliver work across disciplines including 2D Animation, 3D Animation, Motion Graphics, Video Editing.
- Use tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D to streamline design workflows.
- Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop prototypes to validate design concepts.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design requirements.
- Stay current with Motion Design & Video trends, tools, and evolving design standards.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional Motion Design & Video experience with a strong portfolio.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience creating responsive, multi-format designs for web, mobile, and print.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Experience with design systems and component-based design workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Certifications such as Adobe Certified Professional – After Effects, Adobe Certified Professional – Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Video Editing, Explainer Videos, Product Demos.
- Experience with motion design, animation, or interactive prototyping.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS).
- Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
- Background in illustration, photography, or video production.
