About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Design Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping and can deliver visually compelling, user-centered designs. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into polished UI/UX Design deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality UI/UX Design designs, from concept through final delivery, aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
  • Deliver work across disciplines including User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaction Design.
  • Use tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD to streamline design workflows.
  • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop prototypes to validate design concepts.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design requirements.
  • Stay current with UI/UX Design trends, tools, and evolving design standards.
  • Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional UI/UX Design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
  • Experience creating responsive, multi-format designs for web, mobile, and print.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Experience with design systems and component-based design workflows.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Certifications such as Google UX Design Professional Certificate, Nielsen Norman UX Certification.
  • Experience with Interaction Design, Usability Testing, Design Systems.
  • Experience with motion design, animation, or interactive prototyping.
  • Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS).
  • Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
  • Background in illustration, photography, or video production.
