About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Developer with deep expertise in Financials, Procurement, Project Management to join our client's team. This role requires hands-on configuration, customization, and integration experience — not just consulting knowledge. You will own the Oracle ERP Cloud environment end-to-end: from gathering business requirements and designing solutions, to implementing automations and training end users. The ideal candidate has delivered at least 3 successful Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and is comfortable working directly with stakeholders to translate complex business processes into elegant platform solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work with Oracle APEX and PL/SQL to build custom workflows, reports, and integrations that drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Financials implementation and optimization — configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement based on business needs
- Manage Procurement workflows including setup, user training, and continuous improvement of processes
- Implement and maintain Project Management ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
- Design and implement custom Oracle ERP Cloud solutions including objects, fields, validation rules, and automation workflows
- Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Manage data quality — deduplication, enrichment, and ongoing governance processes
- Lead Oracle ERP Cloud integration projects connecting with ERP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Conduct user training sessions and create platform documentation for end users
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business teams and translate needs into Oracle ERP Cloud solutions
- Manage system upgrades, release notes review, and regression testing for quarterly Oracle ERP Cloud updates
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Financials — configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in production environments
- Proficiency with Oracle APEX as part of the Oracle ERP Cloud development/operations workflow
- 3+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud experience with at least 2 successful implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud data model, security model, and automation capabilities
- Experience with data migration and integration between CRM/ERP and external systems
- Excellent English communication skills — able to conduct requirements sessions with business stakeholders
- Understanding of business processes (sales, service, operations) that the platform supports
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified certification or equivalent validated credential
- Oracle ERP Cloud Certified certification or equivalent validated credential
- Experience with advanced Oracle ERP Cloud features: Procurement, Project Management, Risk Management
- Familiarity with the broader Oracle ERP Cloud ecosystem including PL/SQL and Oracle Integration Cloud
- Experience in a specific industry vertical (healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing)
- Previous experience with agile delivery in consulting or offshore team environments
