About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freshworks CRM Developer with deep expertise in Freshsales, Freshdesk, Freshmarketer to join our client's team. This role requires hands-on configuration, customization, and integration experience — not just consulting knowledge. You will own the Freshworks CRM environment end-to-end: from gathering business requirements and designing solutions, to implementing automations and training end users. The ideal candidate has delivered at least 3 successful Freshworks CRM implementations and is comfortable working directly with stakeholders to translate complex business processes into elegant platform solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work with Slack and Zapier to build custom workflows, reports, and integrations that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Freshsales implementation and optimization — configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement based on business needs
  • Manage Freshdesk workflows including setup, user training, and continuous improvement of processes
  • Implement and maintain Freshmarketer ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
  • Design and implement custom Freshworks CRM solutions including objects, fields, validation rules, and automation workflows
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
  • Manage data quality — deduplication, enrichment, and ongoing governance processes
  • Lead Freshworks CRM integration projects connecting with ERP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Conduct user training sessions and create platform documentation for end users
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business teams and translate needs into Freshworks CRM solutions
  • Manage system upgrades, release notes review, and regression testing for quarterly Freshworks CRM updates

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Freshsales — configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in production environments
  • Proficiency with Slack as part of the Freshworks CRM development/operations workflow
  • 3+ years of hands-on Freshworks CRM experience with at least 2 successful implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of Freshworks CRM data model, security model, and automation capabilities
  • Experience with data migration and integration between CRM/ERP and external systems
  • Excellent English communication skills — able to conduct requirements sessions with business stakeholders
  • Understanding of business processes (sales, service, operations) that the platform supports

  • Freshworks Certified Administrator certification or equivalent validated credential
  • Freshworks Certified Developer certification or equivalent validated credential
  • Experience with advanced Freshworks CRM features: Freshdesk, Freshmarketer, Freddy AI
  • Familiarity with the broader Freshworks CRM ecosystem including Zapier and Shopify
  • Experience in a specific industry vertical (healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing)
  • Previous experience with agile delivery in consulting or offshore team environments
