Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Developer with deep expertise in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub to join our client's team. This role requires hands-on configuration, customization, and integration experience — not just consulting knowledge. You will own the HubSpot environment end-to-end: from gathering business requirements and designing solutions, to implementing automations and training end users. The ideal candidate has delivered at least 3 successful HubSpot implementations and is comfortable working directly with stakeholders to translate complex business processes into elegant platform solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work with HubL and HubSpot API to build custom workflows, reports, and integrations that drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Marketing Hub implementation and optimization — configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement based on business needs
- Manage Sales Hub workflows including setup, user training, and continuous improvement of processes
- Implement and maintain Service Hub ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
- Design and implement custom HubSpot solutions including objects, fields, validation rules, and automation workflows
- Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Manage data quality — deduplication, enrichment, and ongoing governance processes
- Lead HubSpot integration projects connecting with ERP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Conduct user training sessions and create platform documentation for end users
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business teams and translate needs into HubSpot solutions
- Manage system upgrades, release notes review, and regression testing for quarterly HubSpot updates
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Hub — configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in production environments
- Proficiency with HubL as part of the HubSpot development/operations workflow
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience with at least 2 successful implementation projects
- Strong understanding of HubSpot data model, security model, and automation capabilities
- Experience with data migration and integration between CRM/ERP and external systems
- Excellent English communication skills — able to conduct requirements sessions with business stakeholders
- Understanding of business processes (sales, service, operations) that the platform supports
Nice-to-Have Skills
- HubSpot Marketing Software certification or equivalent validated credential
- HubSpot Sales Software certification or equivalent validated credential
- Experience with advanced HubSpot features: Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub
- Familiarity with the broader HubSpot ecosystem including HubSpot API and Workflows
- Experience in a specific industry vertical (healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing)
- Previous experience with agile delivery in consulting or offshore team environments
