About the Role

We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn & B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, Lead Gen Forms and can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategy, manage budgets, and grow our LinkedIn & B2B Marketing channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn & B2B Marketing campaigns to achieve business KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting within LinkedIn & B2B Marketing.
  • Leverage platform features including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content to maximize campaign performance.
  • Set up tracking and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io for accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative experimentation to improve results.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay current with LinkedIn & B2B Marketing platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand strategy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for real-time campaign monitoring.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on platform best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in LinkedIn & B2B Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, Outreach.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and marketing attribution models.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

  • Certifications such as LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification.
  • Experience with Sponsored Content, LinkedIn Analytics, ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.
