About the Role
We are hiring a Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Ads Manager, Business Suite, Audience Network. This role is results-driven — you'll be accountable for ROAS, CAC, and pipeline contribution, not just campaign activity metrics. The ideal candidate has managed $20K+/month in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) spend, knows how to structure campaigns for scale, and uses Meta Business Manager and Meta Pixel to make data-driven optimization decisions daily. You'll work with creative teams, sales, and leadership to develop full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Ads Manager implementation and optimization — configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement based on business needs
- Manage Business Suite workflows including setup, user training, and continuous improvement of processes
- Implement and maintain Audience Network ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
- Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns from strategy through creative briefing, setup, and launch
- Manage daily campaign optimization — bid adjustments, audience refinement, and creative testing
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers with statistical rigor
- Manage campaign budgets and provide weekly spend-vs-performance reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages
- Stay current with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) platform changes and proactively adjust strategies
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Ads Manager — configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in production environments
- Proficiency with Meta Business Manager as part of the Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) development/operations workflow
- 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management experience
- Proven track record of managing $10K+/month in ad spend with documented results
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data analysis, attribution modeling, and statistical testing
- Experience creating campaign performance reports for stakeholders
- Fluent English communication — written and verbal
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate certification or equivalent validated credential
- Meta Certified Marketing Science Professional certification or equivalent validated credential
- Experience with advanced Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) features: Business Suite, Audience Network, Instagram Shopping
- Familiarity with the broader Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) ecosystem including Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications
- Experience with marketing attribution platforms (Segment, Branch, or AppsFlyer)
