About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Business Suite, Audience Network and can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand strategy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for real-time campaign monitoring.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on platform best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Commerce Manager.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and marketing attribution models.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
