About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Management Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Content Calendar Planning, Community Management, Social Listening. This role is results-driven — you'll be accountable for ROAS, CAC, and pipeline contribution, not just campaign activity metrics. The ideal candidate has managed $20K+/month in Social Media Management spend, knows how to structure campaigns for scale, and uses Hootsuite and Sprout Social to make data-driven optimization decisions daily. You'll work with creative teams, sales, and leadership to develop full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Content Calendar Planning implementation and optimization — configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement based on business needs
  • Manage Community Management workflows including setup, user training, and continuous improvement of processes
  • Implement and maintain Social Listening ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
  • Plan and execute Social Media Management campaigns from strategy through creative briefing, setup, and launch
  • Manage daily campaign optimization — bid adjustments, audience refinement, and creative testing
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers with statistical rigor
  • Manage campaign budgets and provide weekly spend-vs-performance reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages
  • Stay current with Social Media Management platform changes and proactively adjust strategies

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Content Calendar Planning — configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in production environments
  • Proficiency with Hootsuite as part of the Social Media Management development/operations workflow
  • 2+ years of hands-on Social Media Management campaign management experience
  • Proven track record of managing $10K+/month in ad spend with documented results
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data analysis, attribution modeling, and statistical testing
  • Experience creating campaign performance reports for stakeholders
  • Fluent English communication — written and verbal

  • Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification certification or equivalent validated credential
  • Sprout Social Certification certification or equivalent validated credential
  • Experience with advanced Social Media Management features: Community Management, Social Listening, Influencer Outreach
