About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Content Calendar Planning, Community Management, Social Listening and can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategy, manage budgets, and grow our Social Media Management channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Social Media Management campaigns to achieve business KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting within Social Media Management.
  • Leverage platform features including Content Calendar Planning, Community Management, Social Listening, Influencer Outreach to maximize campaign performance.
  • Set up tracking and integrations with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer for accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative experimentation to improve results.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay current with Social Media Management platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand strategy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for real-time campaign monitoring.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on platform best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Social Media Management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and marketing attribution models.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Certifications such as Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification, Sprout Social Certification.
  • Experience with Influencer Outreach, Paid Social Strategy, Analytics & Reporting.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
