PPC Management Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced PPC Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads Management, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Advertising and can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategy, manage budgets, and grow our PPC Management channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC Management campaigns to achieve business KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting within PPC Management.
- Leverage platform features including Google Ads Management, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Advertising, Shopping & E-Commerce Ads to maximize campaign performance.
- Set up tracking and integrations with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager for accurate attribution and reporting.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative experimentation to improve results.
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay current with PPC Management platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand strategy.
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time campaign monitoring.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on platform best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in PPC Management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and marketing attribution models.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Certifications such as Google Ads Certified, Meta Certified Marketing Science Professional.
- Experience with Shopping & E-Commerce Ads, Retargeting & Remarketing, Campaign Analytics & Reporting.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Background in content marketing, SEO, or email marketing.
